Group Therapy

Group therapy is where you get to stop being the "only one" and hear, "oh wow, me too" from people who actually get it. I keep groups small, predictable, and low-pressure so you can participate in the way that feels doable for your nervous system.
In ADHD groups for adults, the focus is on real-world support: time blindness, shame about unfinished projects, emotional intensity, and the push-pull between big ideas and limited energy. Members swap strategies, laugh a lot, and practice kinder self-talk together.
Chronic illness support groups center on living in a body that doesn't always cooperate. You can talk about pain, fatigue, medical gaslighting, relationships, and work without feeling like you are "too much."
Conversations often touch on difficult family dynamics and emotionally immature parents, because those patterns show up everywhere-especially when you are already stretched thin. You walk away with language, validation, and practical tools, plus a community that remembers how hard you are trying.
